Cricut Creations No. 3

Monday, April 13, 2020

With all of the extra time on my hands, you'd think I would be Cricut-ing up a storm! Honestly, I haven't had much drive to create so far. But, I have made a few things over the last few weeks I thought I'd share!

First up, shirts for my niece and nephews! I had quite a surplus of glitter vinyl, so Gia totally hit the jackpot with some cute stuff. I want her baby yoda pjs so badly!

I made Carter some t-shirts right after I got my machine, and he not only wore them out but he outgrew them as well-so I made the same shirts one size up.

Also, LOVED the shirts I made for the superbowl this year!

Labeling is one of my all time favorite uses of my Cricut machine! I whipped this one up, and ended up adding it to my Etsy shop

Another thing I'm toying with adding to my shop are koozies! This one turned out too cute, but it was a bit harder than I thought, so that's why I haven't added it yet. I need to make myself one and see how it holds up over time. We'll call it quality control, haha.

I did end up adding a Gator color circle monogram koozie to the shop, because circle monograms are much easier to do. FSU colors coming next, but I just don't love the gold vinyl yet.

When I originally got my Cricut, I thought I'd use it mostly for cards. I love sending cards, and have always been annoyed that they are so pricey. The first project I did was a card, and I messed it up so badly! I've been scared to attempt another one. Well, I needed a card for my sister in law's anniversary, and because I'm trying to avoid the store I decided to try again. I messed up one, but ended up with an adorable card and matching envelope! Everyone I know should be prepared to receive this same card until I can master another one, haha.

Blake and I have been really enjoying our iced coffee maker, and we've been wanting to find some cups that weren't as huge as our stainless tumblers. I ended up with these fun color changing cups with lids from Walmart. Had to do a cute Star Wars decal for Blake on the green one. These cups are perfect for decals so I will have to think of something for the other 3 that came in the set.

My Machine: Cricut Explore Air

I am going to go scour Pinterest for some inspiration and get back to crafting! I have a feeling it's just what I need at a time like this. Leave a comment below and tell me what you are doing creatively!
