In case you missed it, 2 of my cousins and I are attempting to cook our way through the Dinner Tonight Cookbook together. We are taking turns choosing a recipe to make, and are reporting back to each other via text.
This past week we made the Slow Cooker Gochujang Shredded Beef Bowls.
Despite the name, I didn't realize that this was a slow cooker recipe until the last minute, so I just cooked the steak in a cast iron pan. This was SO good! We really enjoyed it, and definitely want to make it again how it was intended with shredded slow cooked beef.
