This week's choice was the Blackened Salmon Tacos on page 176

We really liked this one! I love a crunchy slaw. I doubled the sauce to drizzle on top, because it always seems like recipes never give you enough sauce. The serrano peppers make it pretty spicy, so if that bothers you maybe cut the amount down. I'd absolutely make this again.
