Happy Friday everyone! This is the face of a girl who was shipping out her 500th Etsy order! Such an exciting milestone to reach. My shop is currently on hiatus for a few weeks while I focus on some studying and subsequently avoiding burnout. Gotta know when to rest right?
Current Binging Obsession
This is probably old news to everyone, but I recently discovered Bon Appetit's Youtube channel. They have a series called Back to Back Chef where a professional chef walks a celebrity through a recipe but can only tell them what to do, not show them. These are so fun to watch and actually really inspiring! I keep wanting to cook! Most of these videos are old, I think the pandemic has kept them from making fresh ones, but there are plenty to watch:
March's Grove Order
Normally my Grove orders are just a restock of my favorites, but I got a lot of new to me products this time. Some fun new things we are loving:
The new Cleaning Caddy
I actually thought this caddy was going to be bigger, but it ended up accomplishing exactly what I'd hoped and helped me organize under our kitchen sink.
Itchy Dog Shampoo
Our dogs are so itchy, and they even have allergy medication. This shampoo really helped! It doesn't lather a lot, so I think I used a lot more than with other shampoos. A con because it's not inexpensive.
Pure Sense Leather Cleaner
Loved this! We got new leather couches and I'm pleased to say this cleaner and conditioner has helped them stay clean and moisturized.
Full Circle Duster
As much as I love reusable items, I was still purchasing Swiffer dusters for occasion use. I was slowly making my way through my stash, and decided to try something reusable when I ran out. This duster is so nice and came out sparkly clean in the wash.
Stoneware Tray
These trays are SO nice and versatile. I already have had several to use for soap in the bathroom and kitchen, but the possibilities are endless. I grabbed another one to use to organize our electric tooth brush. (Side note, if I ever invent something, it will be an electric toothbrush organizer. I have never been able to find exactly what I want!)
Don't forget: if you are new to Grove I have free gifts for you when you sign up with my link!
Dashing Diva
I always like having my nails done, and it's fun to try something new once in awhile! I had heard lots of good things about Dashing Diva nail strips, so I was excited to see my local Walmart had a pack when I was there recently. They only had one color, but I figured I'd give it a shot. I am sold! I really love these. Color Street is also a favorite, and if you've used those before it's a similar concept. Just pick the right size, press to your nail, and then file the excess. These are very thick, so the filing is a little tougher than Color Street, but almost in a good way. It legitimately looks like a gel manicure. They do free shipping on their website with orders over $15 and I have a $5 coupon for you!
See how it looks on my finger nails in the photo below of me holding the playing cards!
Erin Condren Goodies!
It's been awhile since I had a good EC haul to share. I had a few gift certificates to use, so I treated myself to a couple of goodies.
Starting with these very on brand playing cards! I'm obsessed with the colors. 😍
I love having personalized stationary to send thank you cards, or just handwritten notes. I was down to like 1 card, so it was time to replenish! I ended up falling in love with the colorful layers pattern. Usually I get the flat notecards, and this was the first time I got the folded. They are gorgeous and paired perfectly with gold envelopes.
I also picked up a set of two matching desk pads to help jot down notes during Zoom meetings or work calls. And I grabbed some fun washi tape! I use washi when packing Etsy orders.
I have a $10 gift certificate for you to use at Erin Condren! Just sign up with my link and the certificate will be emailed to you. Also! Don't forget to activate your cash back on Erin Condren's website with Rakuten! As I'm typing this it's 1% cash back. (I just got my check from Rakuten for last quarter and it's SO sweet to get free money.)
Shameless Pug Pic
I'm sorry but look how precious Bailey is. I just love that all she wants to do is snuggle.
Aunt Kristen
This section will be dedicated to my niece and nephews! (Missing one!) My nephew Lennox broke his leg a few weeks ago so that's been eventful. He is doing just fine though, and got the official no surgery needed report. Carter got to spend the night while they were at the ER with Lennox, and he felt pretty special getting to sleepover on a school night.
And our sweet niece and nephew (and their parents 😁) hosted us for a little anniversary dinner and made us feel so special!
Leave me a comment below and tell me what you are up to!
