1 Samuel 24:5
"But afterward David's heart kept striking him because he had cut off the edge of Saul's sleeveless coat."
1 Samuel 24:5 shows us how having a good conscience can give us inner peace. David's heart kept striking him until he did the right thing. Sometimes our conscience can mislead us, so we need to work at harmonizing it with Bible principles. Training our conscience will be something we need to do constantly, but if we do-it will be a really valuable tool for making decisions.
