Have you ever been in a Williams-Sonoma store? First of all, I want to buy everything they sell. But, secondly the store smells so fresh and distinctive!
It is actually pretty easy to recreate that amazing scent in your own kitchen. In fact I love doing this after I make a particularly smelly dinner (ie. anything with fish!)

Here is what you do:
In a saucepan combine 1 & 1/2 cups water, 1 sliced lemon, a sprig or two of rosemary and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Turn your heat on medium-low, and let simmer as long as you'd like! As the water evaporates just add a little more water. This will leave your kitchen smelling so fresh and clean!
