We eat a ton of chicken at our house, so I'm always looking for a way to jazz it up a little bit. This is a recipe for an easy marinade that does just that (especially with the tequila!). You will have to try it and tell me what you think!

Honey and Orange Chicken
Serves 4
Combine in a zip-lock bag or sealable bowl:
1/4 tequila
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon minced garlic
zest and juice of 1 orange
a handful of chopped cilantro
salt and pepper
2-4 chicken breasts
Seal and refrigerate for atleast 1 hour.
Grill or bake! We enjoy serving this chicken over rice with fresh salsa!
