2014 flew by so fast, and I can't believe it is a new year already. I wonder how long I will be scratching out 2014 on my papers at work and before I get used to the new date! I have mixed feelings about making new year's resolutions. Mostly people just make them because it is a tradition, and then not do anything about them - which sort of diminishes the whole idea to me. But, I do think it is so important to set goals and to continue to improve! & At the beginning of a new year it is only natural to want to start fresh. I've read that instead of making resolutions like 'get in shape', you need to make more specific goals like 'run 3 times per week before work', and you will be more likely to follow through. So that is what I've tried to do with a few goals of mine for the year. I hope I succeed!
Here are a few things I want to accomplish in 2015!
Stop biting my nails!
Exercise at least 5 times a week.
Get to Costa Rica!
Call my Grandparents more.
Throw a party!
Stop eating fast food completely.
Accomplish 1 or 2 things from my 30 before 30.
Save more money.
Start flossing!
Read something every day.
Take more pictures!
Make a new friend (or several!)
