1 Samuel 1:10
"Hannah was extremely bitter, and she began to pray to Jehovah and to weep uncontrollably."
Hannah had was in two difficult situations she could do nothing about. She had problems with her rival wife, and she was barren. At 1 Samuel 1:10 she did the only thing she could do and prayed to Jehovah about her situation. In verse 18 we read that she felt relieved after she prayed. When we feel overwhelmed we can follow Hannah's example and pray about it. We may not see an immediate answer to our problem, but he can give us peace of mind to help us cope in the meantime.
