Deuteronomy 17: 18, 19

"When he takes his seat on the throne of his kingdom, he must write for himself in a book a copy of this Law...it is to remain with him, and he must read from it all the days of his life."

At Deuteronomy 17:18, 19 any King of the nation was make a copy of the law, and make a practice of studying it everyday. This royal pattern is just as necessary for us today who want to be under Kingdom rule. One thing that will make studying the Bible more appealing is avoiding the scholarly approach. Instead, we should focus on what it teaches us about Jehovah and how we can personally benefit from the information. And, this is something we should keep doing all the days of our lives.
