This week's choice was the Sour Cream Chicken Enchiladas!
An absolutely perfect dish! We loved this one. In my family, when something is like perfectly delicious - we say it's 'dang good'. It's reserved for only the best meals - and this one totally earned it. Really simple, easy, and tasty. Plus, you can really amp up the spice if you want to. 10/10 will make this a dozen more times. SO good.
