Clean With Me | Master Bathroom | www.kristenwoolsey.com

Is there anything more satisfying than a clean house? Yes. Watching other people clean their houses and you didn't have to do any of the work. 😂 I hoping to supply a little before and after satisfaction for you today!

Join me as I clean our master bathroom! Here's the before. It's been about a week since it got a thorough cleaning.

Step One
Spray down the shower! I use these Tub and Tile cleaning concentrates from Grove Collaborative for the shower. Both scents are great. I find it works best when it sits on the tile for a little while, so I do that first. (I use these bottles and you can find the labels in my Etsy shop!)

Step Two
Sink tidy! There isn't too much out, but I put away everything and spray the sink down with the same Tub and Tile spray. Again, let it sit for a few minutes.

Step Three
Toilet bowl cleaner time. I use Seventh Generation cleaner on our toilets and find it works really well. It's not too harsh, but cleans nicely. Every once in a while I will use this toilet pumice stone for stubborn rings-it works like a charm.

Step Four
Time to wipe down the shower. I use a magic eraser to scrub. It's not my finest eco friendly habit, but it just works so stinkin well I'm not ready to quit. Then rinse! I also usually spray a bit of Clorox in the corners where mildew likes to pop up. It is Florida after all! About every 3 weeks I throw our shower curtain and liner in the wash as well.

Step Five
Now I wipe down the sink. I use the magic eraser in the sink and on the faucet, and then use All Purpose spray for the counters and cabinets. I also take the time to wipe down our soap dispenser and qtip holder. And our electric toothbrush always needs a good cleaning too.

Step Six
I use a toilet brush to scrub the toilet, and then shake the brush out really well.

Step Seven
Usually I use an All Purpose spray for the outside of the toilet, but I have some extra disinfecting wipes and thought it might be wise to do some extra disinfecting today.

Step Eight
Time to clean the mirror! I love ecloths for mirrors and glass. You just spray water (I use this Grove spray bottle) and use the ecloth to wipe it clean. Super sparkly and no streaks! If I'm feeling fancy I also take this cloth to the chrome faucet and make it look brand new.

Step Nine
Floors! First I use our Dyson to vacuum. Usually there is a lot of hair on our floors. Mine and the pugs...👀

Step Ten
Mopping! I use a swiffer mop I've had for years. We looked up a hack on how to remove the cap and now we can fill it with our own cleaning solution. Again, I use the Grove Collab concentrate for floors. I also use washable mopping pads I found on Etsy.

Step Eleven
I don't consider the bathroom clean until I've changed the hand towel! I also usually wash the bath mat, but since we did that only a few days ago, I'm just going to vacuum it.

Bonus! Step Twelve
I have a tiny diffuser in our bathroom, and I love to fill it with a spa like scent. It's like the cherry on top of the beautifully clean bathroom. Today I decided on a blend of grapefruit, lemon and tea tree essential oils. It's a very clean and fresh scent.

Well, there you have it! Despite having 12 steps to this cleaning routine, I promise it didn't take me more than 15 minutes start to finish-and that was with pausing for pictures. I'd love to hear from you in the comments below and for you to tell me what bathroom cleaning products are your favorite! How often do you clean your bathrooms?

If you are not a member of Grove Collaborative yet, you can use my referral link to sign up for free cleaning products. I buy 90% of everything I use there.
